Most of the time you'll be able to get an immediate quote which you can accept. Sometimes, where we have a query, we'll get back to you promptly, with any questions followed by a customised quote tailored to your needs.

How often should I have my pool cleaned?The frequency of pool maintenance depends on factors like usage, climate, and the pool's condition (including pump). As a general guideline, we recommend at least twice weekly maintenance for most pools to ensure water quality and equipment are in top shape. Our team can help create a customised maintenance plan based on your needs.

What is your cancellation policy, and are there any associated fees?We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, there is a cancellation fee of 50 AED. This fee helps us compensate our dedicated team members who were prepared and scheduled for your service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we're here to assist you with any questions or concerns related to scheduling changes. Your satisfaction is our priority!

At the end of the questions you will be given a quote which you can accept if you are satisfied with it. As soon as you have accepted you will be able to access our calendar and book a slot. Our frictionless process means that your time doesn't need to be wasted with a site visit for a quote.

What should I do if I've paid but there is no availability in your calendar?In a rare case when you can't find a suitable time for your service in our calendar, simply call or WhatsApp us and we'll find a slot that works for you!

Satisfaction Guarantee
At XCLEAN, we're committed to providing you with the best cleaning services possible. If you're not satisfied with our work, please let us know within 48 hours of your cleaning appointment. We'll come back and re-clean the area free of charge. If you're still not satisfied, we'll offer you a refund.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we may charge a cancellation fee. In case you're not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of your cleaning appointment. We'll do our best to make it right or offer a refund.
